I always register all my Remington products for extended guarantee. I had issue with my hair straighteners and completed warranty claim on line. Received email about my claim straight away. Next day another email to submit more details, pictures and video of my product. Third email about my claim received day after with good news that I will receive new product within 3-5 days.This was absolutely fantastic experience. Very simple and easy process and such a great customer service. Highly recommend Remington products and definitely worth registering your products for extra guarantee.
