This is a lie. There were many negative reviews here the other day, which you have hidden, including my first one from two days ago. We all had the same exact problem. This is an absolute scam. They took my money and weeks later no products. Just an email saying my order reached a warehouse and hasn't been packaged yet. I even pasted that email on my review here. No one answers their phone. No one available for live chat... (their answer to a live chat request comes back saying there is no one available). Where are all of the negative reviews from the other day? I contacted the company through their webpage to get help, and they said they would try to contact me back within 24 hrs, but never heard from them since.
