I received the package today, but the sweater is extremely wrinkled, almost crumpled. I'm disappointed with its condition. It was meant to be a gift for my daughter, and it may need to be discarded or dry cleaned. The price suggested a higher quality. Unfortunately, there was a clear lack of care on your part. I regret this purchase and won't recommend this service.
