Ordered some heated gloves for a Xmas present. Clearly substandard and then the rechargeable battery packs had been replaced by AA battery slots. Absolute nonsense and customer service is no existent. Complete Scam company, avoid at all costs. They weren’t even ‘cheaper’ so it didn’t flag in my brain it might be a scam. Avoid folks, I lost £70 as can’t gift these crap things!
