Orderd a dehumidifier. Ordering and receiving were ok. Set it up, swiched it on, it worked. when turned on again, it didn't. Only info regarding returning was a return address on the packaging, which I duly sent it to by Roayal Mail, signed for to make sure. It got there, a depot in the Wesy Midlands. Subsequent replies from China?? asked for videos, photos, but they don't seem to grasp the fact I no longer have the item. They now say this was a disrtibution centre I sent it to, as they only issue returns info??They have responded to emails, but are totally against sending a refund. So like many I now read I am also out of pocket.Lesson learned the hard way. Online ordering is great, but as they say, if it looks too good....
