If I could give no stars, I would. I read a glowing review about some heated socks that were at a great price (this should have raised a red flag). After waiting two weeks and receiving countless emails from the company claiming my order was on its way, they finally arrived. The product was so poor it wouldn't even be suitable for a Christmas cracker. I've seen better items elsewhere, which is saying a lot. Naturally, I reached out to express my dissatisfaction and received the typical response asking for details and photos, but since then, I've heard nothing. I strongly recommend steering clear of this site and their questionable practices.
