I went to a store that supplied the multi packs that possibly housed one of the players in the 100 club. I bought 8 packets from 2 stores WhSmith and co-op only to find that when I opened 1 of the packets that it only had 3 packets in instead of 4 and no limited edition cards either in a separate packet.I contacted customer services, and it took them 4 days to respond . When they finally did respond, they asked me for a receipt and a picture of the packet. I didn't have a receipt as I paid contactless, and the packet was in the bin, but luckily, I had another similar.When I replied to their request, they never responded, and then another customer service agent said the same thing but then said that I would have to go back to the shop and get a receipt....WHAT?? As if the store are going to be able to get me a receipt!!We are talking about a packet worth £2.50 not £25.00 or £250 for gods sake!!!I then had enough of the customer service department and sent an email to the CEO. That was a waste of time as he hasn't responded either!!! Appalling service and bad management who don't care!!! I spent over £220 from their online shop to buy the match attax cardsvabd the stickers together with albums and tins. If this is how they treat their customers, it's a wonder they are still in business!! I won't be buying any of theor products ever again!!!
