There is no customer service. I placed an order for individual stickers for Euro 2024 so my 10 year old can complete his album. Two weeks after the was order shipped (16/08/2024), the order was no where to be found. After emailing numerous times, finally I received a response weeks later(4/09) to say that the package had been returned and to provide shipping details to send again. I responded immediately. To date, one month later, I am yet to get any form of acknowledgement, or confirmation of shipment...nothing. It's appalling that I can't even get a refund. There is no way to contact anyone. Do not waste your money with Topps UK. Rather just throw it in the bin as it has the same outcome.
