Where do we start with the Topps UK website? Firstly, their releases are scalped within minutes and they don't deploy any meaningful measures to counteract this. Their customer service could only point out one case of where they utilise customer purchase limits (which is about TWENTY. Hardly fighting scalping, eh?) while a majority of their products have zero such measures, even new releases. Some collectors now accept this for some reason, but this leads to......Secondly, they botched my order, sending me three boxes of toploadets instead of 3 magnetic cases (anybody with even a passing interest in trading cards will find it bewildering to mistake the two) with no indication that it was a stock swap due to supply issues (despite mag cases being in stock on their site after the purchase for a few days). To concur with previous reviewers, the last issue is the garbage customer service, with my request for a return completely ignored, going on over a week now. Thankfully, they only ruined the cheap half of the order (and i'll likely now just keep tge toploaders but buy the mag cases from an entirely differwnt retailer) but considering they're starting to monopolise the industry, I'd worry about the sheer disinterest in making things right with customers.Support your LCS or online trader like PCommando Cards instead, at least they'll get a cut of the money instead of giving it all to this unholy disaster piece of an online presence.
