I won a raffle for two Topps Deco Boxes on the 1st of November and a pending charge for £250 was placed on my bank account.After a few days, I had not heard anything regarding shipping so I looked at the product on the Topps website only to find out that they being shipping on the 13th-17th December. I immediately contacted Topps to cancel the order as it did not state anywhere that this product would ship in mid December when I entered the raffle. I am yet to receive a response from Topps and judging by the other reviews on here, I don’t think I ever will. Furthermore, my brother purchased a Topps product from Amazon and it arrived with multiple defects. He complained to Amazon and started a return, but Topps simply refused to refund. After weeks of back and forth and the involvement of multiple Amazon customer service agents, a refund was finally issued. It’s shameful that a large company such as Topps has such terrible customer service. I would highly discourage any potential customers from at Topps. If you absolutely need to buy a product from Topps, please use a credit card so you have some protection.
