The next communication I received stated that it had been repaired and was on its way back. I reminded them I requested a refund. They told me to refuse the parcel upon delivery without any apology. I wasn’t home when it arrived, and it was left at my back door without permission. By the time I got to it, it was gone. Vactidy has stopped responding to my emails, so I won’t be getting my refund.
