Shocking customer service, if you can even call it that! Ordered some items for Christmas on the 13th of December. Delivery stayed 4 to 5 days. Nothing recieved by 20th so checked account and order was showing as not even dispatched yet. Sent an email to enquire when they will be sent and got no response, checked order status again on 23rd and it says order refunded but no payment has gone back in the bank yet. And I have had no communication from vesira at all about this since their order confirmation email!
