Oh dear - this really isn't a very good bank all. Had nothing but hassle after contacting them regarding potential fraud earlier on February. I was advised to cancel my card, which I duly did, and now nearly 2 weeks have passed without any new card having been received. Ive spoken to the team on multiple occasions, however every time I end up leaving the call either having dealt with someone with a bad attitude or just downright incompetent. Ive been having to rely on my using credit card since 21st February, and think that after 20 years as their customer that this might be a good time to move elsewhere. They really went down the toilet after they changed from Clydesdale bank over to Virgin. AVOID!
