Horrible bank. I have had an account (certainly not my main account) with Virgin Money for about 4 years now. I have a very high credit score and both times I applied for a credit card, my application was rejected. Why??? Not to mention they make people go through the whole online application. Which includes sending a copy of the passport and a selfie. For what if the application gets rejected anyway? I am going to close my Virgin account and just use my main NatWest account. They offered me a credit card without even having to ask for one!
