Useless app.
Absolutely useless and a waste of time. Do r bother using if you want a smooth and easy process managing your finances. The app doesn't recognize my password, tried resetting and calling help desk, they told me to reset password etc and went through the motions, app still didn't recognize my credentials. Going round in circles. No end result and still doesn't work, despite using the chat bot and speaking to a human being. I can only use the app to look at my balance, and not a lot else while I get bombarded by ads from Virgin telling me how great they are and what brilliant services they can offer me.
No thanks, I'm switching to Barclays.
