I was dissatisfied overall because my delivery was taken to a store rather than given to my neighbour - as is set up in my profile. The store manager where I had to go to collect it said that high value items are not left with alternative contacts, they’re always taken to a store. That’s not what was advised on my account and if I had known that, I would have made different arrangements for delivery.Furthermore, the wrong item was delivered so it’s taken me time and effort to contact the Bathroom Store and I now need to wait a week for a new item to be delivered. I have not yet been advised of the process to return the incorrect item. All of this has caused me considerable inconvenience and impacts my overall experience of dealing with the Bathroom Store.
