I chose the service specifically because their product page promised a quick delivery that aligned with my travel plans. Unfortunately, that promise proved to be completely false. The item was not sent as indicated, the courier tracking was altered multiple times, and a false delivery attempt was recorded even though we were home the entire time. What was supposed to be a timely delivery turned into a delay of several days, making the item worthless for its intended purpose and disrupting my holiday plans. The most frustrating part is the company's response. Instead of accepting responsibility, they denied their own delivery claims, blamed the courier, and offered no compensation or goodwill gesture despite the significant inconvenience caused. Simply claiming they are “dependent on the courier” is not a valid excuse — the responsibility lies with the retailer, not the customer. Busy periods are not an excuse for misleading delivery claims or poor customer service. If you need something by a specific date or expect a company to stand behind its promises, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
