I selected this service because their product page claimed a fast delivery timeframe that matched my schedule. Unfortunately, that claim was untrustworthy. The item was not shipped as promised, the courier tracking changed repeatedly, and a false delivery attempt was logged even though we were home the entire time. What should have been a timely delivery ended up delayed by several days, making the item useless for its intended purpose and disrupting my holiday plans. The most frustrating aspect is the company's response. Instead of taking responsibility, they denied their own claims, blamed the courier, and offered no compensation or goodwill gesture despite the significant inconvenience. Simply stating they are “dependent on the courier” is not a valid excuse — the responsibility lies with the retailer, not the customer. Busy seasons do not justify misleading delivery promises or poor service. If you need an item by a specific date or expect a company to honor its advertisements, I would highly advise seeking alternatives.
