Caravan owner withheld deposit for dog hair in a dog friendly caravan. Ukcaravans4hire did not help at all. Photographic evidence of just 10 hairs. Owner did not specify any restrictions at all on where dog was allowed to go. No documentation was provided at all. Refund is held for damage...hair is not damage
