We booked a 3 night break in Wigbay caravan park in Stranraer, on our 3rd day we discovered the passenger back window of our car was shattered, 30 minutes earlier the landscape gardener was strimming the grass and we believe the strimmer dislodged a stone which hit the car window, we informed receptionist and she contacted the owner of the park who’s answer was “it could have happened anywhere” the car hadn’t moved since the day before so that wouldn’t have been possible, we had to pay Autoglass £115 to replace the window, I’m sure the park would have liability insurance to cover things like this happening.
