Our organisation recently exhibited at a UK Careers Fair event and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. Visitor turnout was far below what would normally be expected from a national careers exhibition. Promotion and public visibility of the event appeared very limited, and signage at the venue was insufficient for guiding attendees.We dedicated time, staff, and budget to this event and the outcome did not justify the investment. Attempts to discuss these concerns and request a refund have not been handled in a satisfactory or responsive manner.We encourage other businesses to review previous exhibitor experiences and event performance before booking.
