Technician phoned and gave me an approximate time of arrival on day of appointment. Later he arrived on time, he was friendly & polite & started to install new rear window of my vehicle. He did a great job which took him just over 1 hour. On completion he done a good job cleaning up when finishing. I would recommend this company. Many thanks
