My review concerns ukchat.com only. It doesn’t concern their adult sister site. I had been a member of ukchat for nearly 8 years. I got banned several times but they were only ever 3 day bans. Elwood has been their administrator for nearly the whole time I was there. I decided to leave chat for a few months because I thought that I had developed an addiction to it. When I returned I saw that Imalittleteapot had been promoted to administrator. I had only been chatting in the Lobby for a couple of days and then, out of the blue, I was permanently banned. I suspect that Imalittleteapot permanently banned me because she recently accused me of being a misogynist IN THE LOBBY. (To think that all Afghans hate women is just silly even if the Taliban do.) The truth of the matter is that Imalittleteapot is a very pretty woman but unlike 99% of the other men in the room I was never prepared to indulge her vanity by kissing her ass (that's for you Tony). I never had a problem with Elwood. Sure, we often insulted the hell out of each other but I gave as good as I got and so did he (which is most commendable for a 3 foot bearded garden gnome). But as soon as Imalittleteapot became their new administrator I was permanently banned. The real wrinkle in all of this is that Elwood is so smitten by Imalittleteapot that I'm pretty sure he would do and say anything to take the fall for her. They don't like it when people such as I speak truth to power. But for the record, I very much enjoyed being a part of ukchat. Last but not least, I would like to take this opportunity to apologise to anyone whom I may have vitriolically offended with my vulgarity. Sometimes I got carried away and for that I am sorry. UKChat brought out the best and worst in me. Oswestrian.
