Anyone can type literally anything on here with no factual evidence as Trustpilot simply don't care. All the reviews are from disgruntled individuals who were often banned and finally permanently banned for their continual site disruption. It is a free private chat site with rules. No rules are just 'made up'. The reality is, adults don't like being told they can't break the rules and as the COO once told me, and boy was he right, the sense of entitlement from some chatters is off the scale. Bear one thing in mind when typing these reviews, there's a thing called the Misuse of Communications Act and now the new Online Safety Act legislation. Because these reviews are libel, which is actionable under UK law. And you have typed them. And screen shots have been taken so trying to delete them wont work in any false denial.
