We ordered a 4ft nutcracker, and the delivery was very fast with constant updates. The nutcracker surpassed our expectations—it's much better than the photos suggest, with beautifully shiny paintwork and easy assembly. I removed one star because the battery pack door was bent and open in the box, making it impossible to close. Thankfully, we managed to straighten it out with some patience, and now it works perfectly. An excellent price for a beautiful large nutcracker.
