This company is misleading. I ordered a Christmas jumper on December 7th for a gift, believing they were UK-based—didn't check reviews! It finally arrived on January 8th. The quality is poor, with no labels indicating where it was made or care instructions. I ordered a small for a size 10/12, but the neck is too tight—better suited for a child. My payment, including an extra tax, seems to have gone to another country. I'm very disappointed and frustrated.
