I had a wonderful experience exploring life coaching without a full career change. I completed the Foundations in Coaching course with my tutor's guidance. The online, self-paced format allowed for amazing flexibility in my learning speed. It took me about 14 months, and I truly enjoyed discovering how I can assist clients in overcoming common challenges. However, I believe the course interface could use some enhancement, and it would be beneficial to have additional resources to deepen my understanding of coaching techniques, even though I recognize this was meant to be an introductory course. My tutor was consistently available for questions, and this journey has encouraged me to reflect on my own life perspectives. While I view my coaching abilities as a side endeavor, I highly recommend this experience to anyone interested in personal coaching.
