This company is a SCAM! Proceed at your own risk. They make a lot of promises on things and do not deliver. They rush you to pay so that you can go "to the next stage" They keep you hooked by asking for documentation in stages which wastes time as they can just give you a complete document checklist at the start. Then once you submit things or start to ask questions on why things are so vague...you are told, "we are cross referencing and verifying your file". This was after they have just received a payment of course and they had told me they I would be put in contact with the team that helps me polish up my CV and find a job. When I ask how long they are cross referencing and verifying - all they say is, " you will receive and update next week". The next week they ask you to submit something else and tell you this is the very last thing we need. They also count that as you receiving an update and you get nothing else for the week. The next week, same thing: and the cycle continues. Cross referencing and verifying is a much as they tell you. At this point i got frustrated and started calling (expensive international calls) and emailing the support team - desperate for answers. The immigration team is then quick to then forward your file to support team saying you want to cancel! Immigration team will then stop responding to anything you ask. You can call the main number select option 1 - Request a call back. Option 3 Speak with an Agent. Initially i was able to get an Agent who equally provided little to no information and vague cookie cutter answers. No call backs are ever received. After a couple days of calling, anytime i selected option #3 to speak to and Agent - the call is terminated! The support team that was contacted earlier continued making false promises of calls you never receive and just pushing cancellation without explaining to you what happened! STAY AWAY FROM UKGIC.PART 2. - UPDATE TO MY REVIEW AFTER UKGIC REPLYAt the time of posting my review and responding to their reply, UKGIC is yet to contact me to address my concerns!I have sent endless calls to them. The first formal complaint -Sep 7, 20232nd formal complaint - Sep 8, 20233rd formal complaint - Sep 9, 20234th formal complaint - Sep 11, 2023All the above remain unanswered. On Sep 7, 2023, I also posted my review on TrustPilot regarding my awful experience. It would appear UK GIC didn’t like been exposed online as their rating plummeted They were quick to respond to the rating but not actually taking time to contact me to resolve the issue. Isn’t that ironic? In their reply they talk of “working together” yet they have stopped responding to me. Their reply is also just repeating what I stated and never disputed. I worked with them to provide all documentation needed very quickly since July. Middle of August after all is turned in and I ask questions, they suddenly go quiet and stop “working together”. My review stands. Their reply actually just strengthened my review because it exposed just how fraudulent the company is. They want to present a certain image of working together swiftly and efficiently when behind the scenes, they take your money, put you in endless circles and nothing gets done. When you ask questions- they go silent. Read the other negative review on TrustPilot from Mark. SHAME ON YOU UK GICOctober 4th 2023The company writes a bogus reply to my review to try and save face and fake like they didn’t do the things listed above. They have had months to respond to me and still as of writing this, I have no call or email from them! They do however focus on TrustPilot reviews very quickly- isn’t that ironic. They also have several fake reviews. Just read the reviews, they all sound the same and vague. I paid them in July 2023 and it’s now October 2023 and they went silent in Mid August. Using UKGIC is like throwing all your money away with no results. MY REVIEW REMAINS the same. As you can see it’s been verified.
