From the outset, I've had nothing but a professional experience. My initial assessment was explained extremely well. Paul broke everything down for me, telling me what was required, and how much it would cost. My patient coordinator (Chelsea), kept me informed on what was happening on a regular basis. As I had travelled from Northern Ireland, I was put up in a hotel very close to where the procedure would be carried out. The hotel was very clean and comfortable indeed. The day of the surgery was a pleasant experience. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. Dr Manish explained exactly what was happening that day, and put me at ease with any queries I had. His staff were also very friendly and professional. The aftercare post surgery was explained in great detail to me. And Chelsea has been communicating regularly to see how my aftercare is progressing.It's been an excellent experience.
