I had my procedure with Dr Elgindi,his technicians on the day were Mollie and Ali.Chelsea was my patient coordinator who kept me updated and informed me of what would happen on the day and what I’d need to do the week before. I can honestly say the information she provided made it all a comfortable experience.On the day of the procedure I was thinking of backing out of it due to myself being anxious and nervous about operation on the day. I explained all my concerns to doctor Elgindi about the way I was feeling and he made me feel at total ease and after explaining what he was going to do he drew lines of where grafts would be put and where they’d be took from,So I decided to go ahead Dr Elgindi, Mollie and Ali made sure I was not in any pain or unease during the operation and kept me informed what was going on at all times(not to mention putting the classic movie FIGHT CLUB on for me😁).the whole procedure took only about 5 hours for me, I was relaxed and in no pain the entire time. Chelsea has been available day/night to answer any questions that I have and has made me feel like I was her top priority.
