When I arrived for the procedure i was instantly put at ease. Although this is a routine day for Dr Elgindi and his team they were fully aware it was a big deal for me so spent time educating me on the procedure and listening to my concerns (regarding where & how many grafts I needed). Dr Elgindi was more than happy to answer any questions of what was happening during the procedure and educate me which really helped the day go smoother for me.The main reason I decided to go ahead with the procedure was my encounter with Ashleigh during my F2F consultation. She was able to discuss in more detail the procedure and most importantly why certain things were needed which made me feel so much more at ease. Her personal approach really helped relieve any anxieties I had about the procedure and I'm sincerely grateful. Lastly a big thank you to Chelsea, although I haven't needed to contact her too much every time I have done she has got back to me and ensured I was aware she was available at any time for any new concerns I might have.
