These guys are very professional, there is no hard sell and they are 100% honest. I had my consultation with Paul which was great and when i went for my check up appointment where Ashley was very professional and honest. In my case it was to try tablets for a year and check in after 12 months, other clinics would probably just try and sell you the transplant straight away but these guys are totally honest which is why they offer a guarantee too.
