I took the online training to become a CBT hypnotherapist and am very satisfied with both the content and the form and organization of this course. The theory is of high quality, and the practical exercises allow you to appropriate it. Mentoring follow-up is also valuable. I really took the opportunity to meet other students online to do the practice cases, I think this was critical to my success. Please note that it requires a huge amount of time and effort to achieve the course, which is very positive.
