This college course has been by far the most relaxed course I have ever taken! (I've taken many courses over time) It is packed full of great information and resources from science based, to spiritual, cognitive and behavioural. There are so many aspects to Hypnotherapy shown within the course, its absolutely fascinating. The tutors are so 'human like' and 'normal' they make you feel one of them. I knew from the first session i had chosen the right course for me. This is because it is science based and involves cognitive and behavioural aspects. There are different options of course types to choose from to fit around your own lifestyle which enables you to work around the course, take 12 months to complete, or smash it out as quickly as possible!
