The teaching is really good with practicing therapists from diverse backgrounds from highflying city financiers, athletes, to theatre artists who have completed the course and gone into become amazing therapists using their skills and background tohelp people. The course material lectures, course manuals, practicals and journals are clear based on scientific evidence with input from some of the founders of CBT. I would recommend the web based classroom course as I learned so much from my fellow students as diverse as the teaching staff from Harley street clinical psychologists to people like me looking for a new career. Everyone has something to bring and I’ve made some good friends who’ve helped keep me motivated. All the lectures are available to watch again which I found useful with lots of extra material too. The online practice sessions which are in addition to the course material which are hosted by the tutor are a requirement to gain the qualification are fantastic at building confidence in being a therapist are brilliant and you an so ass many as you feel you need as they are run most days. I found the course truly life changing and pushed me forward in learning about myself as well as training to be a therapist !
