They started off perfectly very helpful returning calls, replying to messages. So helpful and yes my mind was at ease..Moving forward..Unfortunately they informed none of the creditors Included in my iva and I am still hounded by them daily, every call amd letter is recorded by myself and sent directly to them to be ignored. Ive been trying for months to get this resolved and they will not return a call or reply to a message. This is extremely stressful and very unkind to my mental health. Unfortunately for myself I have to now go to the financial ombudsman citizens advice ect to try and get this mess sorted out as its not as simple as changing companys at this stage.Very disappointed is an under statement
