Adam made my experience very easy and he was extremely helpful and pleasant. He explained the process very clearly to me and what would happen next. He waited on the call until I had received the two relevant emails from him and I replied to one of them attaching relevant Death Cert. Once received, he told me he would complete the application by the end of the day and he would confirm this to me once it was done - which he did. This gave me confidence that I had things in hand for my Mother in order that I could let her know. I could not fault my experience this afternoon. Thank you very much!
