Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYI wish I had read some of the other reviews before placing an order.Before ordering I asked if the battery for my Dell laptop was genuine and was assured it was. But the battery I received was definitely not a Dell battery. I was told to remove the labels as they put them over the top to get it though customs. I did this but still no Dell logo.They have told me that I can return the battery but I need to post it to China. The original packaging has as UK address on it.I have since found out that they ship the good into the country at a declared value of $10 to avoid paying import duty, so that means there is no VAT being paid either. This is a quote from an email."OK. Please return it back to below address and mark the declared value of the charger as $10. Then we will not pay the duty. We did the same for you. we will resolve this trouble for you once we receive the returned parcel, thanks."I think I will have to put this one down to experience.
