Really good service, exceptionally fast replies.I had some trouble when ordering due to the wrong address being selected as it was set as the default on Google Chrome. Stupidly clicked next too quickly and the order had processed before I realised my mistake. They replied very quickly after I emailed informing them of this and offered to update the address to the correct one.I actually decided to cancel the order the person I was ordering it for was having second thoughts about whether they needed it and they promptly issued a refund. The company is based out of China and not the UK so that's one thing to be aware of with regards to shipping etc, but their customer service is really fantastic!
