I completed a level 3 award and it was straightforward to follow. I was keen to start ASAP but did find there was a delay from my induction to receiving my work plan (which you can’t start the course without having). There was also a week or so delay on work being marked and feedback being received I didn’t reach out to my tutor much but did always receive a response, again a little delayed but I did always get a response It was a great course to complete and I received my certificate within the estimated time of 6 weeks
