I hired this company to find the mobile number of the father for the boy who was beating up my 23 y.o daughter. I chose this company because of their "No quibble, full refund" policy as they stated in emails I retain. I called the number Mr B gave me and was for some woman in a different Shire, a totally different last name and gender and who had retained that number for years. It wasn't a new number for her! When questioned Mr B stated the number was correct and they must be hiding him. I have no idea why the father would want to be hiding but I confirmed by hiring another company, Ingram Associates, who did a proper search and got me the number I required. I tried to call Mr B but the moment I requested he honor the refund policy they tout, he no longer took my calls and just sent me emails stating the number was correct "at the time". This was false and is a total lie, the number I received from Ingram Associates was correct, he just gave me a random number and used the "at the time" to avoid the fact he failed. Either way he never honoured the refund policy which I am happy to publish. My daughter remained at risk of further abuse while I had to find another company, them do the search, call the father and sort the issues. I hold Mr B directly responsible for this delay. He has never been in touch again and has never provided a refund. Use UK Private Investigations at your own risk and those you care for. Mr B response is again a lie, the number he gave was not for the person in question. and My daughter and I have constant contact 24/7 so he is trying to make out that she is trying to hide from me. Which she is not, take responsibility Mr B and own up that you failed. the number was never ever for the subject, if it was,,, why would I be complaining... I wouldnt, Id be happy and not have had to pay someone else to do his work. Additionally, in his reply he does not mention anything about the no quibble refund, again, the truth comes out. I would not be wasting my time on this if what I have said here, was not true. The fact he wanted me remove his name from this review says it all.
