My wife got taken in by a scamming builder to the tune of 40K. I trawled the public databases, social media etc but this career criminal keeps a low online profile. If I couldn't find this blokes address I was in trouble. I've never use a private investigator before but thought UKPI's flat fee of £120 was worth a shot. BINGO, I was given an address within 24hrs that I was able to cross reference with other info.Wanting to nail him in court I requested a couple of other searches.One was dissapointing but that was no fault of UKPI's.However I hit the jackpot with the other. I'm 98% sure I can prove to a court that a 500k asset in his partners name was paid for by him and can be seized if he doesn't pay up or tries to go bankrupt.I'm very happy with the service I've had from UKPI. My only criticism is their payment system is a little clunky but no ones perfect :).Thank you Tim
