Very unprofessional. I paid for a very basic surveillance of a parked vehicle that was being repeatedly vandalized. During the period of the surveillance, the car was indeed vandalized. The PI did not report or record anything. When challenged I was informed that this must have happened outside of the surveillance window. I have clear evidence that this isn't the case, but was accused of potentially fabricating this evidence, for what reason I would do this I'm totally unsure.Leading up to the failed surveillance, communication was generally very poor with no structured reporting or information provided. I hoped that despite this the surveillance work would at least have been carried out, but clearly this wasn't the case.It's deeply disappointing that if I had chosen a reputable company I now would have caught the perpetrator and my issues would have been over. Hopefully someone else can learn from my mistake
