The seller communicated when there was an address issue, and promptly found a solution. Shipping was quick. The packaging was a very sturdy box, not an envelope, which was appreciated. The tag itself is well made, and has some weight to it! It has a thick, sturdy attachment ring that was easy to put on her collar. She has a municipal dog license tag, as well, and when they strike each other there is a pleasant tinkle- I was worried about that, as I am used to the sound of her other i.d.’s clinking together. The engraving is sharp. The design on the opposite side I would wear myself as a pendant it is so beautiful! Thank you for providing this product!
