I migrated my server from a previous provider to this service in 2021 and haven't looked back. The level of support is unmatched. I receive both proactive and reactive support as needed. My main reason for moving was declining support from my previous host, coupled with unreliable backups. You just can’t have that! The service provider understood my needs, demonstrated how they would be better, and has consistently proved that over the past four years.
