My order was confiscated by customs. After I contacted support, They refunded half of amount paid through paypal which unfortunately is gateway they use when paying by card which I found out once payment was done.Would never use card If I knew. Now my money is stuck with paypal due to unability to confirm my old card linked with them because it was lost. It means I cant access my account and withdraw my money to bank.Seller is not willing to resolve the issue and request money back from paypal which they could have if they wanted.Promissed multiple 24 hour resolutions and updates which never came true.Been said that UK custommers get 100% refund while other countries onl 50% Which is offenseSTAY AWAY IF YOU ARE NOT FORM UK!!!No product, no money, no customer respect!!!
