I wasn't sure at the start. Salesperson took a £10 deposit, and then, I was still charged the full amount. I only needed 5 days storage, but had to take 14 days minimum. It cost £87. After i had emptied my unit out, i phoned office to let them know. I told the lady, about the deposit, and she said she would sort it out. 3 days later, they paid £55 back into my account. To be truthful, i can't remember the last time, i dealt with a company who treat their customers with respect, but this company definitely does. Thank you to the lady i spoke to, sorry i can't remember your name, and thanks to the company, as a whole. Your facilities are perfect, so easy for excess, and instructions are so easy to follow.
