Doesnt matter if your spending tens of thousands they won't care! Months of waiting and nothing to show for it but endless ignored calls and excuses. We remained professional and finally cut our losses! Design service was non existent, CAD drawing never arrived until a couple days before install was due (months of asking to be given 1 drawing), coupled with the fact the drawing wasn't even correct but fortunately we took it upon ourselves to measure out the facility and spacial constraints as best we could and mark it down for the team during install. Even going as far as downloading software to try do the work ourselves, as the only assurance we were given was "we can move it about on the day". Continually informed items had been dispatched week after week which never left their warehouse and as far as i can tell dont even think they had stock. Calls ignored for tracking information except for the occasional "ill call you back" which never happened. The cycle was, informed it would be dealt with on a Monday and ignored until late Friday afternoon.Full payment demanded on floor and rig install for all kit, baring in mind they didn't even install our wall ball targets etc because "they didn't have room to take them" or even have the majority of our order with them and the items they did were wrong and/or damaged.I understand covid can play a part but we were trying to open and run a buisness which we had bills to pay for and couldn't due to the service or lack of service provided, however they had taken full payment in cash from us to keep their own heads above water. We were fortunate to get open and keep our business going through massive personal sacrifice, I don't wish anyone else to be put in this position!We have since moved on to a new facility outfitter and It is night and day customer service, there is nothing they can't do to try help and keep you up to date! And believe it or not when they say they have dispatched kit we actually receive it, usually even sooner than they indicate.I'm appalled we were actually contacted following this experience for images of our facility they could use for promotional purposes. This is anything but a professional service, I agree with all the other 1 star reviews, if I could put 0 stars i would. I wasn't going to leave this review as I'd felt enough energy had been wasted on this company but if it saves 1 person going through this experience it was worth it!
