I must echo a previous one star review. This company offers zero support if you have any issues post-purchase. Ulefone Note 18 Ultra bought 07/08. SIM tray snapped. Emailed service centre and was simply directed to the Service Centre app on my phone which is useless. Will never buy another ulefone product. Ever. Neither should you.Addendum added 17/09The fingerprint scanner hardware has now stopped working. Atrocious stuff. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Addendum added 30/09Ulefone have agreed to send me a new SIM tray but at a cost of ＄30!!! Yeah right. I repeat AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
