I recently bought a Ulephone Armour 22. I am in South Africa and live a fair distance from Johannesburg, too far to drive to return a phone. I've only had it a month and it does work, so far. However the nearest "support" center is RuggedSA in JHB. When I got it it had a balloon that appeared at the bottom of the screen over the key pad (if you were using it) confirming your last command, or "Call ended" whatever, bottom line you couldn't see the keyboard to type, couldn't swipe or tap it away, it just stayed there. I contacted RuggedSA by phone and their "support" told me it was an android issue and that "I wanted my Ulephone to be like my Samsung". I couldn't accept that the android developers would allow this, so I sent emails to them and they said they had "escalated" the issue. A week later still no reply, so I emailed again, no reply. Then I phoned and asked for the MD and was put through to supposedly the 2IC, he promised to come back to me and never did. I phoned again, and again was put through to management, again a promise and again no followup. Eventually with Google I found the solution to the problem. It was a setting that didn't appear in the settings menu but when you searched for it it appeared. It was set to 2 minutes, I deactivated it and problem solved. I then sent the link to RuggedSA advising them that I had solved the problem and after all that they replied "Glad your phone is working now". No apology as to how I was treated, no thanks for solving the problem that they couldn't, just have a nice day! I should have spent the extra money and bought another Samsung, at least they have support centers everywhere and their support knows what they are doing! Buy Ulephone and be prepared for stress!
